Keeping up

To brief yourself on recent activity and movement of pertinent State House Bills, Senate Bills and other pressing pressing issues, please go to the NAIFA Illinois website at www.naifa-il.com and click on the Advocacy links on the left.

IFAPAC

Members who are involved know that everything we do costs money.  This is no different than running our own practices.  As we pool resources together through PAC's, we are able to gain attention that we often cannot on our own.  Members are encouraged to join in this initiative by making an annual or monthly donation to IFAPAC.   NAIFA Champaign Area needs to maintain a strong local voice in East Central Illinois and IFAPAC participation is how we will achieve it.

Those members who attended last year's Legislative Briefing were reminded of the importance of PAC contributions.  If you are not a PAC member, please obtain information about becoming one from any board member.  For those who took information at the Legislative meeting, please make your commitment today!  If you are currently making a contribution, consider increasing it.  With everyone asking for money today, doesn't it make sense to make your first contribution to the organization that works to protect your livelihood???

Our financial contributions demonstrate a deep commitment to the career we've chosen and work to protect it!  As we all know, it's all about numbers.  That's true when we communicate with politicians too!  Our united voices speak louder than any single member.  Our dollars count as well.  Please do your part.
